In the wake of recent Govt. of India guidelines, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Changes and curbs of National Green Tribunal (NGT) and the prevailing Biomedical waste handling and management rules 1998,2016 [Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection (i)] and Uttarakhand clinical establishment act 2010 , mandating the primary requirement of registering any type of clinical activities of different pathies entailing the other required parameters, Environment Pollution Protection Control Board authorization, Pharmacy licence, Psychotropic & NARCOTICS, Food and Drug licence for healthcare industry, AERB authorization, PCPNDT Act 1948 registration, Blood bank & Pathology registration, Fire NOC, Labour dptt. & shop registration.
There is a vast scope for small scale and micro organizational work leading to bridging the gap between Government agencies and different scale of industries in this domain viz Healthcare units, Clinics, Hospitals and Biomedical waste management and segregation units.
Our registered entity titled “M/s Biomedical waste Handling & Management Services” having its registered address at 104- Mitralok colony, Kishan Nagar Dehradun and its corporate office at 182/1 Chaudhary Bihari Lal Marg, Neshvilla Road, adj. to Rajpur Road, Dehradun is working in and around Dehradun city and having its clients Rishikesh,Musoori, Vikashnagar and other nearby areas and vying to expand to all districts of Uttarakhand state.
